How to change a valve cover gasket on a 88 ford F150?

ok so i changed the drivers side one easy, BUT now the other side its like under some of the engin block and i am wounder do i have to take all that a part or is there a easyer way to do this, i really dont wanna have to take all that apart cause theres a lot to do but if i have to i will, but n e ideas on this would b really helpfull!How to change a valve cover gasket on a 88 ford F150?
Be sure you are not using the cork replacement gaskets. Later model 5.0 Explorers and Mountaineers had the rubber gaskets with the steel cores. They are leak proof! The Mustang guys use them, too.

i did one i was able to just fanagle it out.you may need to remove the bolts for the upper plenum,or atleast loosen them.How to change a valve cover gasket on a 88 ford F150?
Best to take the upper intake loose and give your self a little more room . It takes about 3 hours to remove and replace but it is worth it .
